Lucky Brand - Worst Customer Service EVER
Purchased a defective sweater; fabric at seem frayed on 1st wearing. I sent numerous emails which went unanswered, sent pictures of the sweater & all its tags 3 times, spoke to customer service associates on phone 3 times, was assigned 3 different reference numbers as previous ones could not be found causing me to have to start the process over several times, etc.
After 3 months, I finally got an "offer" to RE-BUY another one!!! That was "the best they could offer"!!! They would ship it free, though.
LOL. My daughter nor I will certainly not purchase from this company again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $60.
